Our butter Croissants are light and flaky, rich and buttery, and have an open honeycomb interior. Perfect alone, with some jam, or as a base for sandwiches. We only use high-fat, European style cultured butter for layering the dough. Not only does this result in a flakier croissant, but it also adds excellent flavor to the final product.
